DIVE's senior correspondent, Charles Hood, logs more than 300 dives each year, most of which he clocks up in Cornish waters near to where he lives.

A real 'can-do' type, Charles heads the kit review section in the magazine, is a highly accomplished underwater photographer and has written his own book, 100 Best Dives in Cornwall. The BSAC advanced instructor and has been diving for nearly 30 years.
