The super-stretchy neoprene used in the Velocity wetsuit is one of the most flexible of all the suits on test here.

To add to the freedom of movement, Bare has cut the thickness of the arms to 2mm, which slightly reduces the insulation but gives the feeling that you aren’t actually wearing anything. All openings have seals to minimise water ingress, and the knees are fitted with Formtek pads that protect the neoprene from abrasion without making the joints too stiff.
