A great choice for a first dive computer, the Zoop features full decompression capabilities, a Nitrox mode from 21 per cent to 50 per cent, adjustable PP02 settings between 1.2 - 1.6 bar, an optional PC interface and user-replaceable battery.
Console or wrist-mounted, the Zoop is water activated, has a simple push-button operation and an easy-to-follow menu structure including a personal adjustment level using Suunto’s RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubble Model) algorithm and a 50-hour logbook memory.
While the computer doesn’t feature an illuminated backlight, a phosphorescent LCD display allows the large, clear display to be charged by torchlight during night diving.
Both visual and audible alarms are activated when necessary with the option to set user limits for maximum depth and duration.
