There are no breathing controls, which gives this regulator a streamlined appearance. The first stage is an A-clamp with five low-pressure and two high-pressure ports coming out in a vertical direction. One diver thought that the very short exhaust ports caused bubbles to interfere with vision when stationary, and there was one complaint about the exhaust ports touching the chin, which annoyed the user. Another user had the feeling that this regulator wouldn’t give enough air if swimming hard at depth.
Verdict: A basic regulator for mainstream diving
